With the Tradebyte integration, you connect Xentral to the TB.One platform from Tradebyte. Through TB.One, you sell your products on many marketplaces and with retail partners at the same time, for example Zalando, About You, OTTO, Kaufland, or Galaxus. Xentral transfers products, stock levels, and prices to TB.One and imports the orders of all connected channels as sales orders. This way, you manage many sales channels through a single integration.
Tradebyte sits between Xentral and the individual marketplaces:
-
Xentral transfers product data, stock levels, and prices to TB.One.
-
In TB.One, you define on which channels your products are offered and manage channel-specific data such as translations.
-
Orders from the channels come together in TB.One. Xentral imports them as sales orders and assigns them to a project per channel.
-
Xentral reports shipping, tracking number, and cancellations to the respective channel via TB.One.
In Xentral, during setup, you select the TB.One channels that you want to handle through the integration.

-
Channel-specific maintenance in Xentral: You control in TB.One, not in Xentral, on which channels a product appears and which translations a channel receives.
-
External numbers: The integration links products via the "product number" (product ID or product number from Xentral), not via external numbers.
-
Fast lane and rounding prices: The integration does not offer these options.
-
Initial population of Xentral: The integration does not transfer products from TB.One to Xentral. For the initial population, use the CSV import (see the article Importing data via CSV import).
Note
The connection of the channels behind Tradebyte is based on a unified solution. A channel may require additional mandatory fields that the standard does not yet provide. In this case, contact Xentral Support.

You have a contract with Tradebyte and access to TB.One.
-
In TB.One, an API user with access to your channels and an SFTP access are created (see the article Tradebyte: Setting up TB.One).

In Xentral, the projects, payment methods, shipping methods, a postage item, and a discount item that you use for the channels are created.
Tradebyte is a standard integration from Xentral. You can use it in any Xentral plan. In usage-based pricing, standard integrations count neither as Xentral Flows nor as API calls and do not use up your included volume. Customer-specific flows and customizations that you use in addition, however, count as flows. For TB.One itself, you need a separate contract with Tradebyte.
You reach the integration via the path Settings > Integrations. By clicking on the gear icon, you open the settings of your Tradebyte integration with the tabs Configuration (sub-tabs Article assignment and General settings) and Workflows (one sub-tab per feature). You monitor all transfers in the central journal under Automation > Journal (see the article Import/export journal).
