In the workflows, you define for each feature which data Xentral exchanges with TB.One and how Xentral processes it. Here, you decide, for example, which product data Xentral transfers to TB.One, to which project Xentral assigns the orders of a channel, and how Xentral reports shipping information.
-
You have added Tradebyte and selected the features (see the article Adding Tradebyte).
-
You have assigned the products (see the article Tradebyte: Assigning products).
-
You have noted the import keys of the package types and the export keys of the payment methods from TB.One (see the article Tradebyte: Setting up TB.One).
-
In Xentral, the projects for your channels, a postage item, and a discount item are created.
-
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
-
Click on the gear icon for your Tradebyte integration.
-
Switch to the Workflows tab. For each feature that you have activated, you find a separate sub-tab.
-
Carry out the settings and click on Save.
Note
Each sub-tab has the Active switch. It controls whether the feature exchanges data in production operation. Activate it as soon as you have carried out the settings of the sub-tab. You can only test active features via the journal. Xentral exchanges the data automatically only after you switch the integration to production. Mandatory fields are marked with * (see the article Tradebyte: Going live).
Xentral transfers the data of the assigned products to TB.One as soon as a product changes in Xentral. You transfer prices and stock levels via the separate sub-tabs Prices and Stock.
Under Which data types should be transferred?, define which data Xentral transfers to TB.One. All options are deactivated by default.

Xentral imports the orders of the selected TB.One channels as sales orders. In doing so, Xentral retrieves orders to which all three criteria apply:
-
The order is not older than three days.
-
The order was created after the Orders sub-tab was activated.
-
The order comes from a channel that you selected under TB.One Channel.

Item number for shipping costs |
Mandatory field. Postage item to which Xentral posts the shipping costs. You create a postage item by activating the option Item is postage in the product. |
Note
For Xentral to always take over the shipping costs from TB.One, the postage item must not have a selling price. If the Calculate postage option is active in the general settings of Xentral, Xentral otherwise takes over the selling price of the postage item.
Caution
If you sell products with a reduced tax rate, activate the Split shipping module. This way, Xentral calculates the correct tax rate for the shipping costs.
Field name |
Description |
|---|---|
|
Country of the Xentral warehouse |
Country in which your shipping warehouse is located. Prefilled with Germany. The information is important for the correct tax calculation, for example in connection with delivery thresholds. |

Mandatory field. Define which tax rate Xentral uses to calculate ancillary services such as shipping or payment costs: Maximum VAT rate (according to invoiced items) or VAT rate according to the largest proportion of invoiced items. |
Make taxation dependent on storage location |
A switch that controls whether Xentral calculates the VAT according to the country of your warehouse location. As a rule, VAT is due in the buyer’s country (Section 3c of the German VAT Act, UStG). If your annual EU-wide turnover from distance sales is below EUR 10,000, you may apply the tax rate of the country of your warehouse location instead. Turn on the switch only in this case. |
|
Set total amount |
Switch that controls whether Xentral takes over the total amount from TB.One instead of calculating it from the individual items. This way, you avoid rounding differences. |
|
Maximum difference to the calculated total amount |
Appears when Set total amount is active. Prefilled with 0.05. If the difference is greater, Xentral does not take over the total amount from TB.One, enters "Online shop difference detected" in the order log, and deactivates auto-shipment for this order. |
Important
An active Automatically mark VAT ID no. as checked switch sets the VAT ID no. OK criterion in every order. If you do not check VAT ID numbers in Xentral, make sure that only orders from verified customers are imported.
Field name |
Description |
|---|---|
|
Default currency |
Currency of the imported orders. Euro is available for selection. |
