By adding the integration, you connect Xentral to TB.One, select the channels that you handle through Xentral, and define which data Xentral exchanges. A wizard guides you through the setup.
You have prepared TB.One and have the following information at hand (see the article Tradebyte: Setting up TB.One):
-
Merchant ID
-
Username and password of the API user
-
Server, port, user, and password of the SFTP access
-
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
-
Click on New integration. The Integrations page ("Connect a sales channel to Xentral") displays the integrations that are already installed in the Installed section and the remaining ones in the Available section. With the filters Search, Price, Provider, and Category, you narrow down the selection.
-
Click on Tradebyte.
-
If Tradebyte is not installed yet, the details page opens. Below the name, you see "Book this integration", followed by the sections About this integration, Included features, Booking, and Provider. Click on Install.
-
If Tradebyte is already installed, the wizard for creating a new integration opens directly.
-
Xentral opens the wizard Create new Tradebyte integration. It guides you through the setup in three steps. With Cancel, you leave the wizard without saving anything.
-
Credentials (enter the credentials) with the question "How should Xentral sign in to Tradebyte?":
-
Enter the credentials (see the Credentials table).
-
Under TB.One Channel, select all channels whose data you want to exchange with Xentral.
-
Enter the SFTP data (see the SFTP data table).
-
Click on Test connection and on Test SFTP connection to check both connections, and then on Next.
-
-
Details (name and features):
-
Under Integration name, enter a unique name, for example "Tradebyte".
-
Leave the Activate production mode option deactivated. You set the mode to "Production" only after your tests, in the general settings under Identity.
-
Activate the features that you want to use. We recommend activating all features. Each feature only transfers data once you set it to Active in the workflows.
-
Click on Next.
-
-
Review (confirm and create): Check your entries and click on Integration erstellen. Creating the integration takes a moment.
Important
Under TB.One Channel, select only channels for which your API user is activated in TB.One. Otherwise, the order retrieval fails for these channels.
