With the product assignment, you define which products Xentral synchronizes with TB.One. The selection applies to all workflows: For the assigned products, Xentral transfers product data, stock levels, and prices to TB.One. You control in TB.One on which channels a product then appears.
You have added Tradebyte (see the article Adding Tradebyte).
-
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
-
Click on the gear icon for your Tradebyte integration.
-
In the Configuration tab, switch to the Article assignment sub-tab.
-
In the Configure filter card, define one or more conditions. A condition consists of WHEN, field, operator, and value, for example Article no. "= equals" 100001. You add further conditions with Add single condition. Xentral combines multiple conditions with AND.
-
Click on Save and apply and confirm the number of matches that is displayed. Xentral applies the filter and creates a new product list from it.
Under Previously applied filters, you see earlier applications with the number of products and the date.

Tip
To select multiple product numbers, select the IN operator and enter the numbers separated by commas, for example Article no. IN 100001,100005,100010.
For your first tests, we recommend limiting the selection to one or a few products, for example with the filter Article no. == and a product number from your product master data. Check in TB.One whether product data, stock level, and price arrive correctly. Only then do you expand the filter.
Note
If you do not define a filter, Xentral synchronizes all products, including blocked ones. If the Products feature is active, Xentral then transfers all products to TB.One. Therefore, always set a product filter.
Important
Observe the following rules for the product filter:
-
Only assign products that you want to offer: Assign only products that you actually sell through Tradebyte. Additional products lead to unwanted publications and to many errors in your instance.
-
Removing does not mean deleting: If you remove a product from the filter, Xentral does not delete it in TB.One. The product remains but no longer receives current data from Xentral.
-
New products are added overnight: Xentral automatically adds new products that match the filter to the assignment overnight. To do it immediately, use the Synchronize products button in the product under Details > Online shop options.
-
Synchronization only on changes: A product in the filter is not synchronized automatically at regular intervals. The synchronization starts when the product changes in Xentral, for example its master data, its stock level, or its price.
To no longer offer a product through Tradebyte, it is not enough to remove it from the filter. Remove it from the affected channels in TB.One.
-
Check the general settings of the integration (see the article Tradebyte: General settings).
-
Then adjust the details of the features (see the article Tradebyte: Setting up workflows).
