In the workflows, you define how Xentral transfers stock levels and prices to TB.One in general. With the online shop options, you control individual products differently, for example if you want to report a fixed stock level for a product or submit a recommended retail price. This way, you adjust your offer per product without changing the settings of the integration.
The online shop options contain many fields. For Tradebyte, only these are relevant; all others concern older interfaces:
Field name |
Description |
|---|---|
|
Pseudo stock number |
Fixed stock level that Xentral reports to TB.One instead of the real stock level. Only takes effect if the option Use pseudo stock number instead of real stock numbers is active in the workflows in the Stocks sub-tab. |
|
Stock correction value |
Value by which Xentral increases or decreases the reported stock level, for example -5 reduces the stock level in TB.One by 5 units. Only takes effect if the option Consider stock correction value is active in the workflows. |
|
Pseudo price / RRP |
Recommended retail price (gross) that Xentral submits to TB.One. |
-
Open the product.
-
Switch to the Online shop options tab.
-
Enter the desired values.
-
Click on Save.
These values apply to all sales channels for which you do not define separate values.
You can define the values for your Tradebyte integration differently from other sales channels, for example to report a lower stock level to TB.One than to your online shop.
-
Open the product and switch to the Online shop options tab.
-
Click on + New entry.
-
In the Online shop drop-down menu, select your Tradebyte integration.
-
Deactivate the option Settings from product. Only then can you edit the fields.
-
Enter the values for Pseudo stock number, Stock correction value, or Pseudo price / RRP.
-
Click on Save.
Note
The values apply to the entire Tradebyte integration, that is, to all channels that you serve through TB.One.
