With the Mirakl integration, you sell your products on marketplaces that run on the Mirakl platform, for example MediaMarkt/Saturn, Bauhaus, Conrad, Hornbach, or voelkner. Xentral automatically transfers products, prices, and stock levels to the marketplace and retrieves your orders. Xentral reports shipping status, tracking numbers, and invoices back to the marketplace. This way, you manage multiple marketplaces from one system and maintain your data in one place.
Mirakl is not a sales platform of its own but the technology behind many marketplaces. Each operator, for example Conrad or Hornbach, runs its marketplace in its own Mirakl back office. For you as a seller, this means:
-
One account per marketplace: For each marketplace, you have a separate seller account with its own URL and API key. In Xentral, you therefore create a separate integration for each marketplace.
-
Same interface, individual rules: All Mirakl marketplaces use the same interface. However, each operator defines its own categories, mandatory attributes, payment methods, and carriers.
-
Products and offers are separate: A product describes the item (name, description, category, attributes). An offer is your sales offer for this product, including price and stock level. Customers can only buy items that have an offer.
-
You map product data in Mirakl: Xentral generates a file with your product master data. You map this file once to the categories and attributes of the marketplace in the Mirakl back office (category mapping). After that, Xentral updates the product data automatically. You make channel-specific adjustments to your product data in the Mirakl back office, not in Xentral.
If the marketplace already lists your products or you prefer to maintain product data directly in the marketplace, you only need the offers. Xentral then assigns each offer to the matching product using the marketplace product number, the GTIN, the EAN, or an external number.
The integration works with all Mirakl marketplaces. For frequently used marketplaces, there is a dedicated integration named after the marketplace:
-
Bauhaus
-
Conrad
-
Decathlon
-
Douglas
-
Fressnapf
-
home24
-
Hornbach
-
MediaMarkt/Saturn
-
OBI
-
Praktiker
-
Shop Apotheke
-
voelkner
For all other Mirakl marketplaces, you use the general Mirakl integration.
The Mirakl marketplaces, including Bauhaus, Conrad, Decathlon, Douglas, Fressnapf, home24, Hornbach, MediaMarkt, OBI, Praktiker, Shop Apotheke, and voelkner, each appear as a separate card on the Integrations page ("Connect a sales channel to Xentral"). Previously, they were separate menu items under shops/marketplaces.
Tip
Not sure whether your marketplace runs on Mirakl? Ask the operator. You can often tell from the login screen of your seller account as well.
The integrations for individual marketplaces are technically built the same way as the Mirakl integration: same wizard, same settings, same workflows. A dedicated integration exists where a marketplace has special features that Xentral prepares for you. If there is a dedicated integration for your marketplace, use it.

-
Mapping categories and attributes: You carry out the category mapping in the Mirakl back office, not in Xentral.
-
Importing orders that have not been accepted: Xentral only retrieves orders after you have accepted them in the marketplace. Alternatively, you can have orders accepted automatically.
-
Assigning customers by customer number or email: The integration assigns existing customers only by name and address.
-
Transferring delivery notes: The Receipts feature only transfers invoices.
-
Mapping returns: There is no feature for returns.
-
Deleting products in the marketplace: If you remove a product from the product assignment, it remains in the marketplace and simply no longer receives updates.
-
An activated seller account with the marketplace, with access to the Mirakl back office and an API key
-
Created in Xentral: at least one project, the payment and shipping methods, a postage item for shipping costs, and a discount item
-
You have administrator permissions in Xentral.
Mirakl is a standard integration. In usage-based pricing, its data transfers count neither as flows nor as API calls and do not use up your included volume. You can use the integration in any plan. Xentral does not charge any additional costs for the integration. The respective marketplace concludes the contract with Mirakl. You clarify directly with the marketplace whether it charges you its own fees.
