With the product assignment, you define the products for which Xentral exchanges data with your Mirakl marketplace. The selection applies to all workflows, that is, to product data, offers, prices, and stock levels. Without a filter, Xentral transfers all products, including blocked ones. Therefore, always set a product filter.
-
You have created the integration (see the article Adding Mirakl).
-
Your products have the attributes you want to filter by, for example a product category, a custom field, or a project assignment.
-
Navigate to Settings > Integrations and click on the gear icon for your Mirakl integration.
-
In the Configuration tab, switch to the Article assignment sub-tab. In the Configure filter card, you define which products are assigned to this channel.
-
Create one or more conditions. Each condition consists of WHEN, field, operator, and value. You add further conditions with Add single condition. Xentral combines multiple conditions with AND.
-
Click on Save and apply and confirm the number of matches that is displayed. Xentral applies the filter and creates a new product list from it. Under Previously applied filters, you see earlier applications with the number of products and the date.

Tip
For your first tests, limit the selection to one product, for example with Product number == 100001. You combine multiple product numbers with IN: Product number IN 100001,100005,100010.
These rules apply to all integrations. With Mirakl, they are especially important because the marketplace has to assign each offer to an existing product.
-
Only assign products that are listed or are meant to be listed on the marketplace. Otherwise, your instance generates many error messages for offers without a matching product.
-
A product removed from the filter stays on the marketplace. Xentral does not delete it but simply stops updating it. Stock level and price then remain at the last transferred value.
-
New products are added to the filter automatically overnight. If you want a new product to be transferred immediately, open the product and click on Synchronize products in the Product tab.
-
A product in the filter is not synchronized immediately. Xentral transfers data as soon as something changes for the product in Xentral, for example stock level or price.
