In the workflows, you define for each feature what Xentral exchanges with your Mirakl marketplace: how offers are assigned, where the stock level comes from, how orders arrive in Xentral, and what Xentral reports back after shipping. Each feature has its own sub-tab that you activate individually.
-
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
-
Click on the gear icon for your Mirakl integration and open the Workflows tab.
Each sub-tab has the Active setting. Xentral transfers data for this feature automatically only when it is turned on, the Mode of the integration is set to Production, and Channel active is turned on. Turn on Active as soon as you have carried out the settings of the sub-tab. You can only test active features via the journal (see the article Mirakl: Going live). Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk in the interface and with the suffix (mandatory) in the tables below.
You only need this sub-tab if you supply product data from Xentral to the marketplace. If you maintain product data directly in the marketplace or the marketplace already knows your products, leave it inactive.

For the category mapping in the Mirakl back office, you need a file with sample products. The file does not have to contain all products, but it must cover all combinations of categories, attributes, and custom fields that you use. With a simple product structure, a few products are enough. With many categories and custom fields, you need more.
-
In the Products sub-tab, click on Generate file.
-
Select a limit that matches the size and complexity of your product master data. As many products as necessary, as few as possible: A high limit makes generating and reading in the file take longer.
-
Download the file via Download file and carry out the category mapping in the Mirakl back office (see the article Mirakl: Category mapping in the Mirakl back office).
You generate the file only once. After the mapping and activation, Xentral transfers new and changed product master data automatically.
For customers to be able to buy a product, the marketplace needs an offer with price and stock level. You turn on stock levels and prices separately. This way, you can, for example, transfer stock levels from Xentral and continue to maintain prices in the marketplace.

|
Transfer pseudo price? |
If a product has a pseudo price/RRP, Xentral transfers it as the regular price. The lower selling price appears in the marketplace as a reduced price. |

Caution
If you sell products with a reduced tax rate, activate the Split shipping module so that Xentral calculates the shipping cost item with the correct tax rate.
Field name |
Description |
|---|---|
|
Country of the Xentral warehouse |
Country of your shipping warehouse. Xentral needs it for the tax calculation. Default: Germany. |
|
Automatically mark VAT ID no. as checked |
Xentral marks the VAT ID number of all imported orders as checked |
|
Make taxation dependent on storage location |
A switch that controls whether Xentral calculates the VAT according to the country of your warehouse location. As a rule, VAT is due in the buyer’s country (Section 3c of the German VAT Act, UStG). If your annual EU-wide turnover from distance sales is below EUR 10,000, you may apply the tax rate of the country of your warehouse location instead. Turn on the switch only in this case. |
Important
An active Automatically mark VAT ID no. as checked option sets the "VAT ID OK" flag for every order. If you do not check VAT ID numbers in Xentral, make sure that the marketplace only passes orders from verified customers.
