In the general settings, you change credentials and features, switch the mode between "Development" and "Production", and define the shop and the type of product numbers. You find them in the Configuration tab of your integration, in the General settings sub-tab.
-
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
-
Click on the gear icon for your Mirakl integration and switch to the General settings sub-tab in the Configuration tab.
Tip
With the Search settings button (keyboard shortcut Shift+F), you find any setting by keyword, for example "Shop" or "External numbers". Clicking on the result takes you directly to the setting.
Field name |
Description |
|---|---|
|
Channel active (Status section) |
A switch that controls whether Xentral synchronizes and exports the data of this integration. |
|
Name (Identity section) |
Name of the integration in the overview, in lists, filters, and logs. The name must be unique. You can change it afterward. |
|
Mode (Identity section) |
Development or Production. In Development mode, the integration is not used productively: Xentral does not process any events, but targeted tests are possible. Production integrations send real data to the sales channel. |
|
Channel type, Internal name (Connection section) |
Read-only. You can no longer change the channel type. |
|
URL |
URL of the Mirakl interface of your marketplace |
|
API Key |
API key of your seller account. If you have generated a new key in the Mirakl back office, enter it here. |
|
Features (Features section) |
One switch per feature. Here, you add or remove features. |
The general settings are divided into the sections Status, Identity, Connection, Features, Type-specific settings, and Credentials. URL and API Key are located in the Credentials section, which you save separately.
Field name |
Description |
|---|---|
|
Shop-Id |
ID of your shop in the marketplace. If the field is empty, Xentral uses the default shop from the marketplace back end. |
You need the shop ID if you run multiple shops in one Mirakl account.
Note
Example: You sell on Shop Apotheke in Germany and Austria. Your German warehouse supplies the German shop, and your Austrian warehouse supplies the Austrian one. You create two integrations, enter the matching shop ID in each, and set up the workflows separately, for example with different projects and warehouses.
By default, Xentral links products via the product number. If you use different product numbers (SKUs) in the marketplace than in Xentral, you link the products via external numbers.
Field name |
Description |
|---|---|
|
Use external numbers |
Xentral uses the external numbers instead of the regular product numbers for this integration. |
|
External numbers designation |
Designation of the external numbers that Xentral should use. The designation must match the designation in the external numbers of your products exactly, including uppercase and lowercase. It does not have to match the name of the marketplace. |
Maintaining external numbers:
-
Open the Article external numbers app via the search, or open a product and switch to the External numbers tab.
-
For each product, enter the SKU from the marketplace as an external number, select the integration, and assign a designation, for example "Conrad".
-
In the general settings, activate Use external numbers and enter the same designation under External numbers designation.
-
Click on Save.
Note
As the external number, you enter the SKU from the marketplace. Other values, such as a product ID, have no effect.
Caution
If you delete a product in Xentral, Xentral also removes its external numbers. Therefore, set products to inactive instead of deleting them.
For offers, there is a second option: In the Workflows tab, Offers sub-tab, select the option SKU via external number for Article assignment and enter an External numbers designation there.
If you no longer need an integration, for example because you only created it for testing, open the overview under Settings > Integrations. In the row of the integration, click on the three-dot menu > Delete and confirm the confirmation prompt.
Caution
Deleting removes the integration with all its settings permanently. You cannot restore it.
