Can I list products on eBay with the integration?
No. The integration updates the stock of existing offers; it does not create offers and does not change titles, descriptions, images, or prices.
Why does the stock of a product not arrive on eBay?
Check these points in order:

The product is in the product filter of the eBay integration.

The Stock workflow is active, the mode of the integration is set to "Production mode", and Channel active is switched on.

The product number matches the SKU of the eBay offer, or an external number is stored.

The stock has changed since the product was added to the filter. Otherwise, trigger the transfer in the journal.

I sell on multiple eBay marketplaces. Do I need multiple integrations?
No. One integration imports orders from all marketplaces that you select in the Orders workflow under For which marketplaces should orders be imported?. With Sales channel <> Project assignment, you assign a separate project to each marketplace.
An eBay order is missing in Xentral. What can I do?
Check whether the order’s marketplace is selected in the Orders workflow and whether the journal displays an error for the order, e.g., a missing assignment. Fix the cause and import the order again selectively via its order number in the journal in the Orders tab with Import sales orders. If the option Do not import order is set under If no customer is found, then, Xentral deliberately does not import orders without a matching customer.
Why did Xentral stop auto shipping for an eBay order?
Possible reasons are a buyer comment with the Stop auto-shipping with comment? switch active, a payment method or shipping method without auto-shipment, or a difference in the total amount. In case of a difference, the sales order log contains the entry "Online-Shop Differenz erkannt".
The shipping costs in Xentral differ from eBay. What is the reason?
In most cases, the postage item has a sales price that Xentral takes over instead of the eBay shipping costs. Remove the sales price from the postage item. For products with a reduced tax rate, the Split shipping module ensures the correct tax rate for the shipping costs.
Shipment tracking does not work on eBay. What should I check?
In the Order status and tracking workflow, check the assignment of your carriers to the eBay carriers. If a carrier is missing, eBay cannot assign the tracking number to a carrier.
The authorization on eBay has expired. What do I need to do?
Renew the authorization in the integration’s general settings in the "Authorization" section with "Renew authorization" and log in to eBay. Until then, Xentral does not exchange any data with eBay. See the article eBay: General settings.
I have been using a Smarty script so far. Does it continue to work?
No. Smarty scripts do not run in the integration. You implement individual adjustments as customizing with Xentral Flows, either yourself in the flow editor or with a partner or the consulting team. See the article Customizing with Xentral Flows
Does the integration cost anything?
No. The eBay integration is a standard integration and does not use up your included volume under usage-based pricing. See the article Costs, plans and limits

Maintain external numbers before you start: If your product numbers differ from the eBay SKUs, store the external numbers before you extend the product filter. Otherwise, every stock change causes an error.

Only listed products in the filter: Mark the products you offer on eBay, e.g., with a tag, and filter only by this marking.

One project per marketplace: Assign ebay.de, ebay.at, and other marketplaces to separate projects. This way, you separate sales and control, e.g., shipping settings per country.

Calculate stock conservatively: Activate Consider reservations or Consider open orders so that eBay does not sell goods that are already assigned to another order.
