While you define in the workflows how Xentral synchronizes all products with Shopware, you control individual products with the online shop options. This way, you can, for example, report a fixed pseudo stock number or a custom delivery time text for a product without changing the settings of the integration. The values apply to all shops or only to your Shopware 6 integration.
-
The Shopware 6 integration is created, see the article Adding Shopware 6.
-
The product is included in the product assignment, see the article Shopware 6: Assigning products.
You can find the online shop options in the product in the Online shop options tab. The screen contains many fields. For the Shopware 6 integration, only the following are relevant; all others refer to older interfaces.
Field name |
Description |
|---|---|
|
Remaining quantity (clearance sale) |
If you activate this option, Shopware automatically sets the product to "no longer available" as soon as the remaining stock is sold out. |
|
Pseudo stock number |
Fixed stock that Xentral reports instead of the actual stock. Takes effect only if the Use pseudo stock number instead of real stock numbers switch is active in the Stock area of the workflows. |
|
Stock correction value |
Value by which Xentral increases or decreases the reported stock, e.g., "-5" reduces the shop stock by 5 units. Takes effect only if Consider stock correction value is active. |
|
Pseudo price / RRP |
Recommended retail price (gross) that Xentral transfers to Shopware. |
|
Delivery time text manual |
Text about the delivery time that Xentral transfers to Shopware. The text must correspond exactly to a delivery time that is created in Shopware. |
|
Product inactive |
If you activate this option, Xentral sets the product to inactive in Shopware. This way, you take a product out of the shop without deleting it. |
You can set the values differently for a single integration, e.g., a different delivery time for your international Shopware shop.
-
Open the product via the path Sell > Product or via Smart Search.
-
Switch to the Online shop options tab.
-
Click on + New entry.
-
In the Online shop drop-down menu, select your Shopware 6 integration.
-
Clear the check mark for Settings from product. Only then can you edit the fields.
-
Enter the values for this integration, e.g., pseudo stock number, stock correction value, pseudo price, delivery time, or remaining quantity.
-
Click on Save.
Xentral transfers the different values to Shopware the next time the product changes. You can do it immediately via Synchronize products under Details > Online shop options.
