While you specify in the workflows how Xentral synchronizes with WooCommerce in general, you control individual products with the online shop options. Not every product should be treated the same in every shop: For example, you can report a pseudo stock number for a product or automatically mark a product as unavailable after it is sold out, without changing the settings of the integration.
-
The product is assigned to your WooCommerce integration, see the article WooCommerce: Assigning products.
-
For pseudo stock number and stock correction value, the matching options are activated in the Stock workflow, see the article WooCommerce: Setting up workflows.
You find the online shop options in the product under Details > Online shop options. The form contains many fields; only these are relevant for the WooCommerce integration. All other fields belong to older integrations and you can ignore them.

Description |
|---|---|
|
Remaining quantity (clearance sale) |
Activate the option so that the product automatically counts as no longer available in WooCommerce as soon as the remaining stock is sold. |
|

The values initially apply to all shops. If you connect several shops, you can define them differently for one shop.
-
Open the product and switch to Details > Online shop options.
-
Click on + New entry.
-
In the drop-down menu, select the online shop for which different values are to apply.
-
Clear the checkmark at Settings from product. Only then can you edit the fields.
-
Enter the values for this shop, for example pseudo stock number, stock correction value, pseudo price, or remaining quantity.
-
Click on Save.
The entry also links the product to the shop. You can use this link as a filter criterion in the product assignment.
