In the workflows, you specify how Xentral generally transfers stocks and prices to OTTO. With the online shop options, you control individual products differently, e.g., if you want to report a fixed stock for a product or display a manufacturer’s suggested retail price. This way, you adjust your offer per product without changing the settings of the integration.
The online shop options contain many fields. Only these are relevant for OTTO; all others concern older interfaces:
Field name |
Description |
|---|---|
|
Pseudo stock number |
Fixed stock that Xentral reports to OTTO instead of the real stock. Takes effect only if the Use pseudo stock number instead of real stock numbers option is active in the workflows in the Stocks sub-tab. |
|
Stock correction value |
Value by which Xentral increases or decreases the reported stock, e.g., -5 reduces the stock on OTTO by 5 pieces. Takes effect only if the Consider stock correction value option is active in the workflows. |
|
Pseudo price / RRP |
Manufacturer’s suggested retail price (gross) that Xentral transmits to OTTO. |
