The Overview tab shows all your imported or created customer, supplier and employee contact master data.
To search for a specific term in all table columns:

Enter your search term into the Search field on the top right above the table. You can also add parts of the search term.

Tip
You can display a short overview of your contact master data in the main overview.
The short info contains the following information:

Address/contact
-
Terms of payment
-
Bank details
-
Delivery addresses
-
Contact person
-
Roles/groups
-
CRM
You can collapse the short info by clicking the upwards pointing arrow on the left.
In addition to the search option you have a filter function at your disposal. You can find the filter function next to the Search field. Click on the following icon:
To use the filter:

Open the filter in the Overview tab.

Define your search criteria using the available fields. You can define one or more search criteria.

Click Apply filter.
Tip
Using the Menu column on the right you can maintain and delete your customer, supplier and employee master data.

Click the pen icon to edit a customer, supplier or employee record.

Click the cross to delete a customer, supplier or employee record.

Click the label icon to add a label to a customer, supplier or employee record.
