Using the "Simple salary payment" module, salaries can be transferred separately from other payables. An XML file is generated for the Sepa payment transaction.
New employees can be added to the transfer list using the "+NEW" button. For this purpose, an employee (address required role: employee) must be selected and added via the "Arrow" button on the right. The employee is now added to the transfer list for the salaries.
The "pen" icon on the far right can be used to enter the salary to be transferred. Enter the salary and then click on "Save".
To transfer salaries, a new transfer run must be started for the desired employees. Select check mark. These positions will be transferred to the next run as an XML file. The following procedure must be followed:

The corresponding employees are to be selected by ticking them off

If different bank accounts are created for the employees, select the desired bank from the drop-down menu. For the bank transfer, the bank account must be created for each employee as a business account with IBAN and BIC

The XML file opens for download
Then the positions taken with the date of today will be marked as paid remaining positions are still open for this month or are displayed as outstanding.
Note
This generated XML file can be imported into the banking program or online banking, which is supported by some banks. The last transfer date is set as info for the corresponding employees. All remaining salaries are then automatically always suggested. To download the last created XML file again, click on the button "Download last XML file".
The column "Salary" shows the sum over all marked transfer positions compared to the total sum of all positions at the bottom. This allows the correct number of transfer positions to be selected for the existing transfer limit.
