With these steps, you connect your Amazon seller account to Xentral. You install the integration from the catalog and go through the wizard: authorizing at Amazon, assigning a name, selecting features. You carry out the fine settings afterward in the configuration.

-
The preparations from the article Amazon: Setting up Seller Central are done.

Click on New integration. The Integrations page ("Connect a sales channel to Xentral") displays the integrations that are already installed in the Installed area and the remaining integrations in the Available area.
-
If needed, narrow down the selection using the filters Search, Price, Provider, and Category and click on the Amazon card.
-
Depending on whether Amazon is already installed, you have two options:
-
Amazon is installed: The wizard opens directly. Continue with the section Going through the wizard.
-
Amazon is not installed yet: The details page with "Book this integration" and the areas About this integration, Included features, Booking, and Provider opens. Click on Install.
-
Xentral opens the wizard Create new Amazon integration. It guides you through the setup in three steps: Authorization, Details, and Review. With Cancel, you leave the wizard without saving anything.
-
In the Authorization step ("Connect the account"), select the region of your seller account under Seller Central Region, for example Europe. You log in to the Seller Central of this region later.
-
Click on Connect with Amazon. Xentral redirects you to the consent page of Amazon. There, you log in directly at Amazon.

Log in with your Seller Central credentials.
-
Select the matching account and click on Select account.
-
Confirm the authorization for the Xentral app and click on Confirm. Amazon redirects you back to the wizard, where you complete the integration.
-
-
Click on Next.
-
In the Details step, enter a name in the Integration name field, for example "Amazon EU". The name must be unique. It helps you find the integration again in the overview and in the journal.
-
Leave the Activate production mode option deactivated. You set the mode to "Production" in the general settings under Identity only after you have set up and tested the workflows.
-
Activate the features that you want to use and click on Next. The table below describes the options.
-
In the Review step, check your entries and complete the wizard.

Amazon requires you to renew the authorization for the Xentral app once a year. The period counts from the day of your first authorization. Renewing takes less than a minute. If the authorization expires, Xentral can no longer exchange data with Amazon.
You renew the authorization in the Configuration > General settings tab in the Authorization section: Click on Renew authorization.
