You can import existing address master data from another system or from external documents into Xentral. The data must be available as a CSV file.
The following options are available in Xentral for importing address master data:

Caution
We recommend that you carefully check your data before importing — in particular for duplicate entries and accuracy. This helps you avoid discrepancies, incorrect records, and problems during the import.
