The funnel view sorts the resubmissions into different views and stages (pipes) depending on the funnel. The resubmissions (tasks) can be moved along the stages and with the shift downwards they can also be closed as wins/losses. The following features are available in the (Sales) Funnel:

Follow-ups are the basis of the funnel and are automatically created via an offer (system settings) or via Follow ups, and assigned to a funnel.

By clicking on the resubmission or when creating a new one, the following settings/displays are possible:

Designation: Individually selectable here is the designation of the resubmission to be assigned

For customer: The corresponding customer is to be selected here

Contact data: The button link here leads to the customer address

Project: The corresponding project is to be specified here

Description: The text field is to be used for information e.g. contact details, interest, Notes, etc.

Color: The color setting for the resubmission outside of the Funnelstage can be made here

Completion date: The date for the completion of the resubmission is to be entered. (completion target > for the entire funnel process), controls the entry in the calendar view (calendar day) and appears in the completion list.

Volume: The volume is to be entered here, in EUR

Chance: The chance is to be specified in %, this is automatically drawn when moving in the stage (still individually adjustable)

Stage: When creating a new stage, the stage is to be selected or entered manually (direct selection above the progress buttons for faster selection)

Reminder date: Select the date that should remind you of the appearance of the Resubmission in the current stage

by e-mail: Here you can set the reminder by mail for the processor or the Responsible person by checking the box

Time: Here, optionally, the time for the more precise due date of the Resubmission be set

Responsible: The responsible person for the resubmission is to be entered

Agent: The agent who created and edited the resubmission must be edited, specify

Prio: By setting the checkmark in the box, a Prio can be set

Closed: By checking the box, the resubmission can be sorted into the archive as closed

Filter settings in the funnel:

Priority: Here you can filter the resubmissions with priority indicator

due: Here are due resubmissions to be viewed, whose date for the Submission has passed

my: It can be filtered by the self-made resubmissions

Only my awarded: It is sorted according to the resubmissions that have been created by yourself and to colleagues/inside were assigned

With completed: By selecting the filter, all resubmissions will be incl. completed ones are displayed. Completed resubmissions are marked as crossed out
Boards in the funnel:

The respective funnel (e.g. Standard, Marketing, Product, Kanban) must be selected. Depending on which funnels have been created before, these funnels are available. The default in the xentral standard, is the Sales-Funnel
Employees in the funnel:

The employee for the respective follow-up in the funnel is to be selected
On-Mouse-Over: The short detail view of the resubmission is displayed, without the need to open it.
Waste paper bin, winner, Loser: Follow-ups can be dragged and dropped down into a sort, finalized and tagged. In the Wins/Losses list, the evaluation can be viewed with the completion or lots per Stage:

waste paper bin: The follow-up is sorted into the trash, i.e. there is a closure without Wins/Losses list present

winner: The resubmission is closed as Wins

Loser: It will close the resubmission as Losses

It is possible to create additional funnels in addition to the default one, e.g. for marketing, support or the product team. Furthermore, it is also possible to create your own individual funnels for each user, which can be restricted to teams and persons via the project assignment:

Name: The name for the new funnel is to be entered here

Identifier: The identifier for the funnel is to be selected

Project: The funnel is to be assigned to a project

Active: By checking the box, the funnel becomes selectable in the pipe views

Name: The name of the stage must be entered

Short name (optional): Here you can optionally enter a course name, a different designation is to be selected than with 'Name'

Color (optional): Optionally, a color can be used for funnel and calendar

Sequence: The sequence for the arrangement of the stages (pipes) to be entered in the funnel

Board: The board is to be assigned to a funnel

Not visible: Checking the box sets the stage to inactive

Use as pipe: The stage will be displayed in the pipeline if the checkmark is set

Chance: The chance in % for the success of the resubmission in this Stage is specified
It is possible to use free fields from the address for additional information. Free fields can be maintained in the settings and displayed in the funnel.
