With the extra module Receipt Templates you can save different position structures from receipts as a template and reload them over and over in a new receipt. So you no longer need to waste time creating every time a new receipt when the basic structure is actually the same as older ones.
In the positions you can find the “Receipt templates” button:
The following information is retrieved from the positions: Order of the positions
- Special fields (e.g. group headings, batch total, pictures, etc.)
- Information on the recorded article (e.g. price, quantity, etc.)
The batch totals sum up the prices of all relevant articles above. It should be noted that the calculation depends on the type of the address of the receipt (Mr., Mrs., Company). If the type is “Company”, the batch total is calculated as a net amount. For private customers (Mr., Mrs), it is calculated as a gross amount.
Saving and using receipt templates
After clicking on the “Receipt template” button, a popup will allow you to save receipts as templates (Save button), while with the curved arrow you will be able to reload them.
Note: You can also copy different receipt templates. The newly loaded receipt template is appended to the end of the last position.
Delete receipt templates
If a receipt template is no longer needed, you can delete it in two areas.
- You can do this directly from the receipt positions by clicking on the Receipt Templates button (red X)
- Under App Center → Receipt Templates (red X). Here you can see all templates that have been created for any receipts
Receipt template settings
In the settings there is an option that allows you to apply at any time the current price to the templates. To do so, you need to check the box “Use current article prices when loading receipt template”.
