This program is specifically designed to give our customers exclusive access to preliminary versions of our software that are close to their final release. It is important to note that these early versions may not be fully finalized in some modules. Therefore, optimizations, adjustments, and bug fixes can still be made during the early phase. This process is an integral part of our efforts to continuously improve the software and ensure that the final release meets our high quality standards.
Participants in our Early Access Program benefit from a variety of advantages:

Regular updates: Early access instances are automatically updated. Depending on which of our internal beta groups you belong to, the update takes place on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday at 12:00 PM (CET).

Availability during updates: The instance will not be available during the update process (standard updates typically take less than two minutes).
If you want to participate in the Early Access Program, you can activate it directly in the System Update menu.

Use the Smart Search to open the System Update menu.

Activate the option Yes, I want to join the Early Access Program and get Xentral versions before their official release.

Click on Save.
To unsubscribe from the Early Access Program, simply deactivate the checkbox and click on Save once more.
