In the new Xentral version (from versions 06/2024 onwards), you can find the configuration for 'System Update' in the 'Settings' section. Click on the gear icon at the top right of the software to access the 'Settings' section, or go directly through the smart search and enter the function name 'System Update'. Here, you will also find the settings for the Xentral Beta Program.
Note
Availability During the Update: The instance will not be available during the update process (standard updates usually take less than two minutes).
For example, online shop orders will continue to be retrieved after the update.
The following settings are available for the system update:

Update upon Release: The update takes place on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday at around 12:00 PM (CET - Central European Time).

Scheduled Update: You can freely choose and input the time of day for your update (CET - Central European Time). For optimal support, we recommend choosing times between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The update will be applied within the next hour after your chosen time.
Caution
Select the desired option and click on 'Save'. You can change your settings at any time. After selecting or changing the time, click on 'Save' again.
