A Xentral beta version is close to completion of the official release version, but not yet fully tested in all modules. Changes and fixes may continue to be added.
We provide beta versions of our releases to our customers who participate in the beta program. This allows you to benefit from new features and bug fixes ahead of the official release.
To participate in the beta program might be interesting for you in case:

your company is in the setup phase and needs an upcoming feature to go live with the workflow

you have reported a bug and need the fix ahead of the official release date
-
you urgently wait for an upcoming feature and want to use it ahead of official release
-
your company has its own test system and wants to try out the new version early on
You can activate the beta version as follows:

Smart Search for Beta program and open the app.

Select the check box I understand and would like to participate in the beta program.

Click Participate in the Beta Program.
You can deactivate the beta version at any point by clicking Unsubscribe from the beta program in the Beta program app.
Xentral welcomes feedback for the beta version and helps with resolving issues.
Note
As beta versions have not been fully tested, there might still occur issues or you might find discrepancies - we try to fix them as quickly as possible.
To report feedback or issues in the beta program:

Open the form for creating a new support request.

In the How can we support you drop-down menu, select Support.

Fill out the form fields as appropriate.

Click Submit.
