With the wizard, you connect Xentral to your Kaufland seller account, select the storefronts of this integration, and specify which features you use. Afterward, Xentral can exchange orders, stock levels, prices, shipping notifications, and invoices with Kaufland.
-
You have administrator rights in Xentral.
-
You have the client key and secret key from the Kaufland Seller Portal. See the article Kaufland: Setting up the marketplace
-
You have created a project, postage items, discount items, a payment method, and a shipping method in Xentral. See the article Preparing Xentral for the integration.
-
Navigate to Settings > Integrations and click on New integration.
-
On the Integrations page ("Connect a sales channel to Xentral"), enter "Kaufland" in the Search filter. If needed, you can narrow down the display further with the Price, Provider, and Category filters.
-
Depending on whether Kaufland is already installed in your system, you have two options:
-
Kaufland is installed (Installed area): Click on Kaufland. Xentral opens the wizard.
-
Kaufland is not installed yet (Available area): Click on Kaufland. Xentral displays the detail page with "Book this integration" and the sections About this integration, Included features, Booking, and Provider. Click on Install.
-
Xentral opens the Create new Kaufland integration wizard. It guides you through the setup in three steps: Credentials, Details, and Review. In the first step, the wizard asks: "How should Xentral sign in to Kaufland?" With Cancel, you exit the wizard without saving anything.
