Here you learn which costs can apply to integrations, how they affect your included volume, and which technical limits apply.
You can use all integrations, whether from Xentral or from a partner, in every plan. Integrations from Xentral are free of charge.

Partner integrations can cost a flat usage fee per month. It applies per integration, regardless of how many channels you connect through it. You can see the monthly price during installation or in the Marketplace under Settings > Integrations > New integration. After installation, the fee appears as a separate item on your Xentral invoice with the next billing run.
Usage-based (variable) costs can apply for the use of the Xentral API and the execution of customer-specific flows as soon as your usage exceeds the included volume of your plan. Xentral never counts integrations, whether from Xentral or from a partner, against this included volume. Their data transfers count neither as flow executions nor as API calls and do not use up your included usage allowances. Costs charged by your sales channel itself are independent of this.
Customizations adapt a standard integration and technically run through Xentral Flows. Their executions therefore count as flows and use up the included volume of your plan. The API calls that a customization executes do not count additionally as API calls.
You can find more details in the article Customizing with Xentral Flows.
To keep your Xentral running stably, technical limits, so-called rate limits, apply to Xentral Flows.
Rate limits apply to:
-
the maximum number of projects
-
the maximum number of flows
-
the maximum number of components per flow
-
the maximum number of queues
-
the maximum number of processes that run simultaneously in a queue
The exact rate limits depend on your plan.
