This functionality is not included in every Xentral plan!
If you can't find the option, you can add it to your plan in the App Store if needed.
In Xentral you have the option to merge individual sales orders from the same customer into one collective order. It is not possible to merge sales orders from different customers.
To merge individual sales orders from a customer:

Go to Sales > Sales order.

In the sales order overview select the sales orders you want to merge. If the required sales orders are not displayed in the first page, use the filter and search options to search for the sales orders you want to merge.

In the Bulk Batch Processing section select the Merge orders option and click Execute. The Combine orders form is displayed.

Select the order you want to keep as main order in the Auswahl (select) column. The items in the other sales orders will be added to this order.

Select the merge same positions check box if you want to merge identical product items on your sales orders into one item listing on the main order. The prices must be identical in order to merge the products.

Select the Merge items with the same item no. regardless of price + recalculate price check box if you want to merge identical product items on your sales orders into one item listing on the main order even if their prices differ.

Click Save to save your changes. Click Save and edit the combined order in order to save the changes and open the order to edit it further.
The selected sales orders have been merged into one main sale order which is displayed in the sales order overview. The sales order(s) which have been merged into the main sales order are cancelled.
