You can test apps inXentral that are available in your plan before subscribing to them. The app trial period lasts 30 days, and once it expires, the app becomes a part of your Xentral subscription unless you cancel it. If you have already tested the app or canceled a subscription, you can't trial again and you can only directly subscribe to it. There's no limit to the number of apps that you can test in Xentral. You can manage your trial apps on the My license tab in the App Store module.

You can also trial apps when you are using a demo instance.
Proceed as below to start the trial period for an app.

Log into Xentral.

Use the Smart Search to open the App Store module.

Find the app that you want to test and click on Install, then click on Explore the app and Confirm.

Once you confirm, the app is added to your Xentral instance. Click on Upgrade to retrieve app to update your instance.
After the update was successful, you can open the app in the App Store.
To cancel the app subscription or trial:
