Xentral allows you to store reasons for returns in the Return reasons module, which can then be specified for returns. This module is especially relevant for anyone who sells production items and may therefore incur returns.
This tab contains an overview of all created return reasons.
The +New entry button on the right can be used to create a new return reason template.
To do this the following fields must be filled in:

Designation: Template name

Description: Detailed description of the template

Language: Language in which the template was created

Project: Assignment to a project. Only in this project the template will appear. If the field is left blank, the template will appear in every project

Category: Assignment of template to a category

Default warehouse location: Shows the selected default warehouse location for this template

Hide: Checking hides the template and does not use it
In the Categories tab there is a list of all return reasons categories.Furthermore, new categories can be created here.
You can create a new category using the +New entry button on the right.
To do this the following fields must be filled in:

Designation: Designation of the category

Description: Detailed description of the category

Action: Selection of what should happen when a reason for return of this category is specified The choices are: Credit selected items, Initiate free replacement delivery, Return selected items, Give selected items for internal repair, Return selected items for repair, Set selected items to closed, and Set selected items to open
