Amazon has announced comprehensive changes to the terms of service and framework conditions of its APIs for early 2026.
To ensure that your Amazon integration in Xentral continues to work reliably, stably, and free of charge in the future, we are technically transitioning our integration to an updated foundation.
At the same time, this creates the basis for systematically expanding the functionality of the Amazon integration — for example with real-time synchronizations of orders, stock, and prices.
To carry out this transition smoothly for you, we need your one-time assistance.
Please install the updated Xentral Amazon App in your Amazon Seller Central once.

Warning
The updated Xentral Amazon App is installed in addition to the existing app in Seller Central.
Please do not delete the existing app, as your Amazon integration will otherwise stop working.
Steps:

Open in Xentral: Sales > Shops > Marketplaces > Amazon.

Click on "Update Amazon Integration" in the top right corner.
Note
The button only appears if your Xentral instance still has an integration that has not yet been updated.

A popup opens: Select your existing Amazon integration to be updated from the dropdown. Then click on "Generate Token via Amazon & Take Over Integration".

The Amazon Seller Central login screen opens. Log in with your Amazon credentials.
Caution
To install a new app in Amazon Seller Central, you must be an administrator.

In Seller Central, select the appropriate account / sales channel and click on "Select Account". Confirm the checkbox and click on "Confirm".

The system automatically redirects you back to Xentral.
Caution
The integration is now automatically updated. Do not close the notification window until prompted to do so.

The updated integration is now displayed in the Xentral overview.

The updated Xentral Amazon App is installed in addition to the existing app in Seller Central.

Please do not delete the existing app, as your Amazon integration will otherwise stop working.

The update has no impact on your current usage: All data continues to be synchronized between Xentral and Amazon without interruption as usual.

Your Amazon integration continues to be managed via the familiar interfaces in Xentral.
