A separate menu is available for managing your Xentral subscription. There you can quickly and easily change your payment method and billing details, as well as add additional apps to your Xentral instance.
As soon as you have switched from the demo version to a paid productive instance, you can adjust your payment method and billing address at any time and download your invoices.
In the “Manage subscriptions” section, you can see your currently booked package including the plan name, contract term, environment (e.g. production), included add-ons and the monthly price.
The following management areas are available to you:

Billing and shipping addresses: Here you can review and adjust your stored company, billing and delivery addresses.

Payment methods: Here you can manage your stored payment methods.

Invoice history: Here you can find an overview of your previous invoices and view and download them.
Steps:

Log in to Xentral as usual.

In the top right corner, click on your user account My Account > My Subscription - recognizable by the initials of your username.

Click on one of the following options:
In this section you can update your billing details.
Here you can store or change your contact details and billing address, e.g. first and last name, email address, phone number, street and house number, city, postal code, country and your VAT ID.
After making changes, save them by clicking “Update”. The stored data will then be used for future invoices.
In this section you manage your stored payment methods.
Here you can see your currently saved payment method (e.g. credit card with the last four digits) and which one is set as the primary payment method. The primary payment method is used by default for billing your subscription.
In this section you can find your invoice history.
All previous invoices for your subscription are listed clearly here – including invoice number, plan, amount and invoice date.
Using “Download”, you can retrieve the respective invoice as a document and save it for your records.

Click on Manage payment methods to add a new payment method or update the existing payment method.

Click on Invoice history to view and download your Xentral invoices.

Click on Manage addresses to update your billing details such as billing address and VAT ID. The information updated here will then be printed on your future Xentral invoices.
Yes, it is possible to restore your cloud and data – but only for a few days after your subscription expires.
Once this period has passed, we can no longer recover the existing data. In this case, only a complete restart with a new Xentral instance is possible.
