The extra module Goods receipt documents allows you to create an order document for the received merchandise in the Goods Receipt for a specific customer or supplier.

Create good receipt document

Under Fulfillment > Goods Receipt > Select address > Parcel acceptance, you can find the button on the side to open a goods receipt document.

Note: Until version 21.1 it's via Goods Receipt > Package receipt > Select Address > Package receipt

All items you assign subsequently will be collected in the Goods Receipt document in the background until you click the Complete Goods Receipt button at the top right of the note.

Receipts

As soon as the goods receipt document has been completed by clicking the Complete goods receipt button, an entry for it appears in the Goods receipt documents tab.

Continue to order

You can create an order in the mini detail on the left. You can select the items that should be added to the order in the intermediate selection.

Set to completed

You can set a goods receipt document to completed using the Complete receipt button.

Filter

• Completed: Shows the completed goods receipt documents, which can be reactivated by clicking on the Open again button

Product

In the Product tab, the individual products for each goods receipt document are listed and you can search for them. The addresses that can be searched for are also listed here.

Settings

The number range for the goods receipt documents can be defined in the Settings.
