Explanation
Post products in temporary storage
During the process of fast goods receipt, all incoming items are first stored at a temporary storage location. Depending on the situation, such a temporary storage location might be a dedicated trolley for incoming items, for example. From there, the products are rebooked to the suitable default warehouse in a second step.
Activate this option to allow stock bookings on a temporary storage location. This can be helpful for large product quantities that need to be processed quickly, or if you wish to separate the steps of parcel acceptance and stock booking separately.
Tip
You can open the Stock > Interim storage menu to view the products currently stored at the temporary warehouse.
Always print item label
For each product that is booked in, an item label is printed as soon as the product is registered during fast goods receipt.
If you activate this option, make sure that you have selected a suitable label layout for the following option named Item label so that the items are reliably printed.
Item label
Select a label from the drop-down menu that should always be printed if you have activated the previous option Always print item label. The item label must be of the type artikel_klein.
Important
Only label layouts that you have previously set up in Xentral are available and that are of the type artikel_klein can be selected here. More information on creating label layouts is available in this article.
