Using the "Order proposal email" app, it is possible to define that emails with an order proposal are sent at regular intervals to the xentral user. If the stock quantity is lower than the minimum stock, the system checks which quantity is lacking compared to the minimum stock. In addition, the system checks whether scheduled articles from open orders are sufficiently in stock to process the orders.
Via App Center → Order proposal e-mail, the e-mail address to send the order proposals to can be stored.

Recipient for email from cronjob → Enter email address the order proposal will be sent to. To enter multiple addresses, use a semicolon

Notifications only on working days → Check to receive emails only on working days
Sending emails automatically is done via the "Order proposal email" process starter. To do this, a new process starter must be created, activated and have the correct parameter.
In the following example, a new process starter is created: It always runs on Mondays at 5 p.m. (17:00) and sends the email with the order proposal, if there are positions in it.
