The Amazon Seller App allows you to manage and analyze your Amazon product data (FBA - Fulfillment by Amazon/ FBM - Fulfillment by Merchant) and stock information (FBA only) in one place. The app collects data about your stock numbers and the location of your stock - with support for warehouses in other European countries (Pan-European FBA).
Before you can use the Amazon Seller App, you first need to set it up. For this you need the following:

An active Amazon interface that is connected and configured.

A warehouse without any storage locations. This warehouse should only be used for Amazon FBA. The name of the warehouse needs to be Amazon.
Note
You can create a warehouse under Stock > Warehouse management and clicking +NEW. Enter Amazon in the Warehouse field, leave the other fields empty and click Save.

Products which should be synched via Amazon FBA must not been set to "Just-in-time parts list".
Note
The following applies to all products that are to be synchronized via the FBA interface: The checkbox "Just-in-time parts list" must not be checked in the products master data.
To set up the Amazon Seller App:

Go to
Settings > Integrations > Amazon Seller App.

Select your Amazon shop interface in the Shop drop-down menu. Only connected interfaces are displayed here.

Select the warehouse without storage locations with the name Amazon in the Warehouse drop-down menu. The needed storage locations will automatically be created after the app is set up. This warehouse should only be used for Amazon FBA.

The product table contains an overview of all your Amazon products and offers you the ability to sort and filter them in various ways as well as to hide or show columns. You can find more information on how to work with overview tables here.
The table shows the product with its ASIN, Type of Listing (FBA or FBM), SKU Amazon, SKU Xentral, and Stock location. The stock location is important for Pan-European FBA.
To ensure proper synchronization between Amazon and Xentral , the SKUs need to be mapped. The mapping is valid when both the SKU Amazon and SKU Xentral columns are filled.
If the SKU Xentral column is empty, you can map the SKU in the following way:

Hover over the product you want to map with your mouse and click the
icon that appears on the right side.

Alternatively you can select the check box to the left of the product and then click the

Enter the product number in Xentral into the search field and select your product. If the product doesn't exist in Xentral , you can create it by clicking Add new product.

Click Match.
Both columns are now filled and the SKUs are mapped. This will also update the entries in the External numbers tab of the product you mapped.
To undo the mapping, click . Then click Unmatch.
Amazon allows you to store your products in its warehouses in different EU countries. This process is called Pan-European FBA. It can lower your fulfillment costs and improve delivery times when you directly sell in countries where your product is stored.
Note
Pan-European FBA is different from Amazon EFN (European Fulfillment Network). With EFN you store your products in one EU country and ship from there to the rest of the EU. If you want to sell in the UK, you need an additional storage location there. In the case of EFN, Xentral will only display EU or UK as storage locations.
One of the side effects of this process is that your VAT reporting duties change. When you store your products in only one country, you only need one VAT number. If you store your products in multiple countries you need a VAT number for every country you store your products in.
You also need to know where all your products are located, their quantity, and if they are in a sellable condition. The Pan-European stock synchronization gathers this data for you and works in the following way:

Xentral imports all FBA products and separates them by country and condition.

These products are then stored in the warehouse you selected in the settings during setup. This warehouse has two storage locations per country: one for sellable and one for unsellable products. Unsellable products are e.g. items that were damaged during the shipping process or returns.

The storage locations are created automatically and named like this: FBA-[Country]-[Condition], e.g. FBA-FR-sellable is the storage location for your sellable products in France.
You can see the stock location in the product table.
You can see the stock of items that are in transit to Amazon with the Amazon Seller App.
The status of the inbound delivery is available in the Amazon report and is output in Xentral. A booking is created in the respective item.

For example, if you have 100 coffee cups in Amazon's warehouse, the quantity "100 pcs." is displayed in the storage location "AMAZON-PL" (= Amazon warehouse Poland) for the corresponding item "Coffee cup" in Xentral in the warehouse "Amazon".

If Amazon transfers 50 pieces, a new posting is created in the item: "- 50 pcs." from warehouse "Amazon" / "Storage bin AMAZON-PL" - In transit.
Note
The data is not "real time". The report is only transmitted once a day at night (= 1 a.m. Central European Time).
