Deposit letterhead
To create a stationery, you create a document with logo and footer in Word or a similar program and export it as a PDF.
Structure for setting up the stationery
To set up your stationery properly from the beginning, you need some settings.
These are:
- A customer address in the master data
- 1 - 2 items to insert in the item table
You create a draft document for this customer, for example, a quote. By the way, you can delete a draft at any time.
You open the letterhead settings in one browser tab and the draft document in the other tab.
If you have made and saved a setting, you can briefly switch between the Positions and Preview sub-tabs, to review the changes on the document and adjust them further if necessary:
Elements on the stationery
Many elements on the stationery can be customized:
Note: The stationery is by default already completely set and can in most cases be taken over unchanged.
