When you have products that exist both in Shopify and Xentral, you can sync the inventory number between these two platforms. To sync inventory between Shopify and Xentral you must ensure that product has the Stock numbers sync check box is selected and that the SKU (stock-keeping unit) number is the same on both platforms.

Go to Master data > Product and open the product you would like to sync.

Go to the Online shop options subtab, select the Stock numbers sync check box, and click Save.

In the Online shops section click New entry.

Add the following information:

Online shop - Select the shop that you want to connect your product with.

Active - Select this check box.

Settings from item - Select this check box to apply the preexisting settings for this product.

Click Save.

Go to the External numbers tab and add the following information in the Create section:

Designation :
-
shopifyproductid - Use this designation for your main product.

shopifyvariantid - Use this designation for your product variants.

External number - Enter the product ID number from Shopify. You can find that number in the URL by opening the product in Shopify:

Shop - Add your Shopify online shop.

Barcode scanner - You can use the external number for barcode scanning in the shipping center.

Active - Select this check box.

Go back to the Online shop options subtab of the product that you want to sync and click .
The pop-up message displays with a confirmation that your inventory sync was successful.
