Importing orders from Shopify to Xentral is now enhanced with the Sales order comparer feature. This feature allows you to check for any missing orders in the last seven days.
To compare sales orders:

Go to Administration > Shop interface and select your Shopify online shop.

On the Interface page of your Shopify online shop, click the Compare shop orders button to initiate the process.

Click Compare.
The processing time depends on the number of orders you imported from Shopify to Xentral. There are two possible outcomes once the processing is completed:

All sales orders have been successfully transferred - The pop-up message appears, confirming that your sales order import has been successful.

There are missing sales orders - The pop-up message appears, containing the Shopify sales order IDs that failed to import.
Note
If the number of sales orders in the last seven days exceeds 250, the order comparer will split the processing tasks into smaller chunks and execute them in the background. You can view the status in the pop-up message and click Refresh to update the progress.
When comparing a large number of orders, you can close the dialog box and the process will run in the background. To view the status again, initiate the process and check the current progress.
