We have introduced a new way of managing your Xentral administration. You can now update your payment methods and billing address, and purchase apps and new seats for Xentral users.
This option becomes available once you upgrade your instance from demo to production.

Log into Xentral and go to App Center.

Click My license and select the number of seats that you would like to add.

Click Hire additional users to initiate the purchase and click Rent to confirm.
Once you complete the purchase, Xentral sends the invoice to your registered email address. You can also click Billing History and download the PDF version of the invoice.
These options become available once you upgrade your instance from demo to production.

Log into Xentral and go to App Center.

Go to My licenses.
In this section, you can update your payment method, download your invoice, and update your billing address.

Open Manage payment methods to update your payment method. You can either add a new payment method or update the existing one.

Open Billing History to download your invoice as a PDF file.

Open Manage Addresses to update your billing address. The new billing address will be applied to your future invoices.
