This module does not represent a superordinate CRM function; that is, the CRM functions always relate to one customer, supplier, or employee only. There is no overarching functionality.

This module does not display your Service & Support module tickets. You can find these in Service.

You do not have a general overview over all contacts and activities in this module.

You do not have the option to display key figures (apart from the total amount of activities as badge in the tab) and this module does not offer any analysis functions for the activities (amount of interactions, last contact, etc.), neither for single contacts nor for all contacts.

This module does not include any reference to the turnover, items purchased or sold, etc.

You cannot use this module for sales management, because you do not have a central view of all agents and the activities.
