Features in scope
-
By connecting Shopware 6 with Xentral , you can map an automatic order import of customer orders from the store to Xentral.
In doing so, Xentral takes the items and quantities specified in the customer order as order items or maps them against your own data (e.g. customer number, shipping method and payment method in the order header).
-
Unlike other store importers (including Shopware 5), Shopware 6 not only allows you to narrow down the order status, but also optionally the delivery and payment status. This allows you to control which orders are imported into Xentral with a higher granularity.
-
Xentral reports tracking number and status (complete) of customer orders back to Shopware 6 via the connection after shipment has been completed
-
Xentral transmits stock levels to Shopware 6 for the linked items
-
With the module you can export specific item data to Shopware 6
-
You can let Shopware 6 submit the item list to Xentral
-
You can transfer the article tree from Xentral to Shopware. This is an export, not a synchronization. Subsequent changes are not transmitted
-
With the article properties you can manage a lot of additional information in Xentral and transfer it to Shopware.
Features out of scope
-
You cannot transfer the article tree from Shopware 6 to Xentral or have it synchronized.
-
Partial orders / quantities split in Xentral are not selectively displayed in Shopware 6
-
With Xentral you can report cancellations as status back to Shopware 6, but you can't trigger refunds automatically via Shopware
Typical use cases
-
E-commerce merchants who want to use Xentral as a PIM to centrally maintain item master data.
-
E-commerce merchants who want to map complex store structures, e.g. multiple sales channels for B2C or B2B with different price groups.
