Not all services of all parcel service providers can be configured and used, e.g. the DHL age check / ID check

The pickup can only be requested directly in the Shipcloud portal, not via Xentral

Returns labels can only be requested directly in the Shipcloud portal. Xentral uses shipping labels (and rates) for returns. Returns with QR code (DHL) cannot be generated inXentral
Typical use cases

You want to connect shipping methods that Xentral does not support directly (e.g. Angel, Sendia, Cargo International)

If you (e.g. as a fulfiller) use a lot of different shipping methods and contracts, the connection via Shipcloud can be a benefit for administration

Shipcloud offers extended services, which unfortunately can only be used via the Shipcloud portal itself. In order to use these extended services, you as a user must then use two systems.
