The following reasons are possible:
-
The traffic light may not be updated. This can happen if you have moved something by hand individually or manually. In this case, click on "Calculate auto shipping" in the order overview and have all traffic lights recalculated. This is also possible with a process starter. If there are only a few orders, you can also click into the order individually, then the traffic light will also be updated.
-
The order must not access the warehouse (maybe a project warehouse is activated in the logistics process in the project or even a special storage location is specified additionally). In this case, the logistics process then only takes items from the designated warehouse.
-
The order has specially entered a special warehouse (directly in the order) → Then this special warehouse is drawn for this order and the stock there is also taken into account.
The warehouse where enough articles are in stock is, for example, a replenishment warehouse or blocked warehouse. Then the traffic light remains red, because you have to transfer stock beforehand, for example, or the order can never be served from this warehouse.
-
The articles are not sufficient for all orders. I.e. the reservations are already distributed to other orders and there are not enough goods for the current order.
-
You have not set the "Released for auto shipping" setting in the order. This setting must be set so that the warehouse order traffic light is recalculated by the process starter "Calculate auto shipping". You can set this setting for multiple orders via the mass processing in the order overview. If you don't want to set the checkmark, you can also recalculate the stock traffic light of the order by clicking into the order itself.
