If you want to cancel your contract, please send us an email requesting cancellation to email@example.com. The cancellation period is four weeks, and cancellation comes into effect at the end of the month. Please note It is not possible to cancel your contract by phone.
After you have successfully submitted your cancellation request, xentral will send you a cancellation confirmation email. Alternatively, you can cancel by raising a ticket, which our account managers will then process.
