The learning dashboard provides you with the option to restore the factory state of your xentral. This will reset your entire database, including all settings, i.e. you will have the status of day 1 in all modules etc.
To reset your xentral to the factory state, one of these two conditions must be met:

Your xentral is a 14 days demo version

Your xentral is a development version
First, navigate to the Learning Dashboard box on your home page.
Then click on Start here.
In the overview, select the Basic settings tab on the left and then click on the Start field in the Restore factory state screen.
Progress is indicated by a percentage display.
Legacy module
The module described in this article section has been marked as a legacy module. This means the following:

We don't create new features for this module or fix any bugs.

The module is not available anymore in Xentral instances (demo or licensed) created after 28-Sep-2022. If you as a new user have special requirements that could only be fulfilled by this module, please contact our customer support team to discuss a solution.

Alternatively, you can also search for the System Templates module in the App Center and open it. Then you can reset your system via the menu there. To do so, click on Load template.
If you are redirected back to Settings, your xentral does not meet the previously mentioned conditions.
