As a key user, you have your customers and products in mind, know the processes in-house and the competitors in the industry. Xentral aggregates the data of your entire company, from sales, revenue figures and CRM data such as Touchpoints, to order processing, warehouse and logistics. In addition accounting preparation also records payables or current costs. Incoming payments and credit notes complete the data pool and thus provide an excellent basis for analysis and for linking external tools.

Xentral already offers a lot of statistical analysis in the standard scope of delivery in our modules sales figures, turnover statistics, statistics and the management board. - all summarized under the Controlling menu item. These figures are further supplemented by a variety of ready-made reports in the module reports that can be easily used or customized to meet your own needs.

Thus, an excellent basis for further evaluations already exists. Since these often depend on the business model and the industry, there are in Xentral various options to export the basic data and then display it in the form of charts or to further process it by analyzing it in business intelligence tools (so-called BI tools). Depending on the data set and the objective, it may be necessary to modify this data before analysis (e.g. enrich, group or otherwise summarize). For this purpose, Xentral can be connected to so-called universal connectors which allow processing and distribution of data.
