The module is not available anymore in Xentral instances (demo or licensed) created after 28-Sep-2022. If you as a new user have special requirements that could only be fulfilled by this module, please contact our customer support team to discuss a solution.

With the extra module Restore deleted records you have several options to access the database and perform specific actions to restore data or clean up storage bins.

Deleted items and addresses recoverable

Delete stock items without existing stock

For deleted articles and addresses, the previous, old article or customer/supplier/employee number can be used if it is still available, or is free, or a new number can be assigned
Select the correct option in the dropdown menu and click the Preview button. Then use the right arrow to edit the corresponding entry.
In the dropdown at the top left, you have 3 options for this:

All stock without Stock

Restore deleted addresses

Restore deleted items
Here you can recover deleted addresses from the database. In this process, the old numbers of the address can also be reused:
