In NextGen: Reporting > Management board
In Classic Design: Controlling > Management Board
The Management board contains a range of statistics concerning sales orders and purchase orders, the financial data and cashflow of your company, the liquidity of your company, as well as statistics concerning sales orders vs. offers.
For the Management board to be filled with your data, you have to activate the process starter Umsatzstatistik. You can find out more about process starters and how to configure them in the article Process starters.
Only documents that have been approved are included in the statistics. Documents in draft mode are not included.
The Management board contains 4 tabs showing you the following information:
-
Finance/ cash flow
-
Liquidity
-
Orders
-
Offers/ orders
The finance/ cash flow tab consists of two areas, the Monitor and the Live monitor liquidity area.
The Monitor gives you an overview of your sales data while the Live monitor liquidity gives you some key statistics of your current financial data.
Your sales data is displayed as two graphs in the Monitor section. The upper graph displays your monthly net figures for offers, orders, invoices, and credit notes for a 12 months period while the lower graph displays the cumulative net numbers per month for that time frame.
Note
All invoices created are taken into account when creating the statistics, not only paid invoices.
The graphs offer the following functionalities:
-
The graphs always display the current year but you can select any year you want to analyze by selecting it from the Year drop-down and clicking load.
-
If you want to compare the sales statistics between years, select a year from the Year drop-down and the year you want to compare it with from the Reference year drop-down and click load.
-
You can hide the graph for a certain statistic, for example offers, by clicking on the relevant symbol above the graph.
You can hide as many different statistic items as you want. By clicking on the item a second time, it will be displayed in the graph again.
-
You can display your yearly statistics by project. For that select the relevant year from the Year drop-down, search for the required project in the Project field and click load.
On the right in the Finance/ cash flow tab you can find a table giving you some key figures to evaluate your company's current financial situation and cashflow.
