With the Cash Register Scanning module you can scan article codes (Art.No. or EAN) on a mobile interface (for tablet/handheld scanner) with a barcode scanner and have them automatically booked out. All articles that are booked out end up in a separate list for replenishment, where they can be easily transferred from the default/supply warehouse back to the salesroom.
App Center → Cash Register Scanning
Note
The Cash Register Scanning module is an extra module, as of March 2017.
In the sales interface you can book out items from a warehouse selected in the module settings.

The cursor is automatically set in the article field. If you want to outsource more than one piece of the same article, you can change the quantity using the “+” and “-” buttons, and then go back to the article field and scan the barcode. The corresponding quantity is then booked out.

After scanning, the (gross) sales price on file is displayed and the article is removed from stock.
With the “Undo” button you can cancel the transaction and the article will be reversed.
The “Supplies” feature is meant to have all the scanned articles of the sales warehouse saved in a list, so that you can replenish these articles from the default warehouses to the salesroom warehouse at the end of the day/in between.

Again, you can simply “scan” the items away from the list or specify a quantity before doing so. Alternatively, it is also possible to press the “OK” button below the list to clear the entire list and transfer all articles to the sales warehouse.
For the stock transfer process, WaWision first searches for the article’s default warehouse. If no articles are available, WaWision will choose the warehouse with the lowest quantity of the articles first. Stock is always transferred to the sales warehouse specified in the cash register scanning settings.
Note
Batches/best before dates are not taken into account during stock transfer.
