With the “Order open services” module, you can always keep track of the service articles on order that are still open. Services can be manually marked as “completed” and filtered based on a specific time window.
If the module is activated, you will find the tab "Open services" under Sales → Sales order.
With the filter "Completed positions" you can display only the positions in the overview that are closed. To filter by period and project, click the filter icon next to the search bar.
In the Menu column you can perform the following actions:
- Edit → It jumps to the corresponding order
- Tick → It sets a service to “completed”. The product will disappear from the list and will become visible only if the filter for completed positions is applied
