This app enables you to define rules for the reassignment of the best-before date. You can define them specifically for each item as well as in general for the relation between source and sink.
The screenshot below illustrates possible rules. You have to enter at least one "Item", one "Warehouse location from" and "Number of days". The "Active" checkmark indicates that the rule is applied. As soon as the item is transferred from this warehouse, the rules will be applied. If you want to allow an BBD extension, you must set the corresponding checkmark. If you do not want an extension to be allowed, the check mark must not be set. This results in the SLED either remaining the same or being reduced during a stock transfer, but never being extended.
The Movements tab allows you to track the reallocation, as all SLED changes with associated shelves are saved as an entry here.
Under Master data -> You can also view the same reassignment in the BBD (or BBD/Batch) tab.
During the relocation, a green box appears, which displays the relocation rules. This gives you an overview of the changes that could occur. Only the rule is displayed in the box and no calculation is performed.
