The Product forecast module is used to provide an overview of specific products and to show in what quantity they are currently present in sales orders, supplier orders and confirmed goods receipts. In this way, possible bottlenecks in the supply chain can be identified and avoided at an early stage. Which products should appear in the list can be determined by the user.
The "Overview" tab shows a table with all products that have been created and the current stock level. The other columns represent for the past months the quantities of the article in orders (AB), Orders (BE) and confirmed goods receipts (WE) compared.
Using the green icons on the bottom right, the table can be saved at any time as a CSV, Excel or PDF file or printed directly.
In the "Filter" area, a drop-down menu can be used to set for which year and from which month the display should be made.
In order for a product to be displayed in the overview, it must first be created as an entry in the settings for the "Product forecast" app. In the settings, click on "Create new entry", enter the product and the supplier. The "Sequence" field specifies the position in the Overview the product should be placed.
